What does the hiring process look like?
Our process typically includes an initial conversation with our Talent team, followed by a deeper discussion with the hiring manager, a practical exercise relevant to the role, and a final interview focused on our values and how we work. We aim to keep things transparent, respectful of your time and reflective of the way we operate day to day.
How long does the hiring process take?
It varies by role, but on average our process takes around 27 days. We move quickly, while making sure there’s enough time on both sides to get to know each other properly.
Will I receive feedback if I’m not successful?
We do our best to provide thoughtful feedback wherever possible, especially for candidates who have progressed further in the process.
Are you fully remote?
Yes, Primer has been remote since day one. Our team works from 30+ countries, and we organise a company-wide retreat and team workations throughout the year to bring people together in person.
Do you have set working hours?
We value flexibility and autonomy, but we also prioritise collaboration. Teams align on working hours that allow for effective overlap.
